I am not sure when does this begins, but lunar new year has not been an anticipating event or festival for some years. It is not about having relatives here or not, it is about the feelings and thoughts.

But then again, as long as she smiles, all those above can be striked off.

The happiest thing now is probably that I get to work 5 hours each on 26th and 27th with $10 per hour! But, it is painstakingly with the opportunity cost of not going Chen Laoshi's house bai nian which I was always invited by Si Jing. I felt quite sad, but what I want now is money. I am not smart enough to work everyday at the same time maintain good grades. So lunar new year should be used this way. If only every day is Chu Yi Chu Er, maybe I would go work everyday. $10 per hour is very worth it to me, this means I will get $40 just in 4 hours. Compared to normal weekdays with only $5.50 per hour, which makes 4 hours only $22 and not worth it. Though the thought of going work is not very good and the headphone is a burden because it causes discomfort and there usually will be queue calls, it hasn't been too tough lately. Hmmm, then again, if it were to be like this, who will appreciate money?

Today there was a crazy kid prank caller who called in and dragged my off-shift time. Sadness 1. Then my lunch was all cold. Shouldn't have had mcdelivery. I should endure it and wait until I get to Tampines Mall then I buy it fresh and hot. But since I forgot I end shift late today, it becomes Sadness 2. The third and last Sadness today would be, she didn't respond or smile at me when I came back! Which made me totally desperate and felt that I've worked for nothing at that moment. But luckily, it was just because she didn't notice me. Although she still didn't smile, at least she talks to me.

DaJie, I suddenly miss you at work today!

P.S. If any of you crave for Mcdonalds at home on 26th and 27th, can try calling Mcdelivery and see if you can get me. HAHA. I will be on shift from 7pm-12am on 26th, then 9am-2pm on 27th. Are you loving it? I'M LOVING IT, because I am going to get $100 in 2 days! Happy!
